  • 3-6 years of experience in energy management systems, building automation, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of energy management principles, including energy conservation measures, demand response, and peak shaving.
  • Proficiency in using energy management software (e.g., Tridium, Schneider Electric, Siemens).
  • Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Implementation and Configuration:
    • Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of energy management systems.
    • Ensure seamless integration of EMS with building automation systems (BAS) and other relevant technologies.
    • Configure system parameters, schedules, and alarms to optimize energy usage.
  • Energy Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Monitor real-time energy consumption data from various sources (e.g., meters, sensors, BMS).
    • Analyze energy usage patterns to identify inefficiencies and potential savings opportunities.
    • Generate detailed reports on energy consumption, cost, and carbon emissions.
  • Energy Efficiency Initiatives:
    • Develop and implement energy-saving strategies, such as demand response programs, peak shaving, and load shedding.
    • Conduct energy audits to assess building performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Recommend and implement energy-efficient technologies and practices.
  • System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
    • Perform regular system maintenance, including software updates, hardware replacements, and calibration.
    • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve problems promptly.
    • Provide technical support to building operators and maintenance staff.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Collect, organize, and analyze energy consumption data.
    • Generate accurate and timely reports on energy performance metrics.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and patterns.
