Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of EMS specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction for their professional development.
- Partner with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to understand industry-specific needs and tailor EMS solutions for optimal results.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client energy consumption patterns and identify opportunities for optimization across diverse industries (e.g., manufacturing, facilities management, utilities).
- Oversee the entire EMS implementation lifecycle, including system design, configuration, integration with building automation systems (BAS), and commissioning.
- Develop and implement customized dashboards and reports for clients to track energy usage, identify trends, and measure the impact of EMS interventions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on EMS functionalities and best practices for energy management within their industry.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in EMS technologies, industry regulations, and energy efficiency trends.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of EMS solutions with BLP Industry.AI's platform and other relevant technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to stay informed on industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
