(i) data containing your body temperature, physical location, breaches on social distancing on the basis of norms established by your company, timings of use of app and attendance, medical history and health condition.
(ii) information about you when you complete any survey on the App.
(iii) your App usage information.
(iv) your name, phone number and email address.
(v) your photograph in order to verify your identity and other biometric information.
In addition, we could capture the following information to provide the service reliably,
(i) Information about the swiping of mobile pass on the access control readers.
(ii) Device manufacturer and model
(iii) Hardware capabilities, such as Bluetooth and NFC support
(iv) Operating system version
(v) Identifier and version information for the app
(vi) Unique push notification identifier
(vii) Unique application identifier
Usage Information and Analytics
(i) Application state, events and usage statistics
(ii) Reader interaction logs (including reader identifiers and technical reader information)
(iii) Location data (e.g. GPS positions)
(iv) Error logs
(v) Country and city based on IP address lookups
Uses of Information
We will use your information to provide the Services to the Users. By opting to provide us with information, you understand and accept that we may make the information you provide accessible to your company, us, our personnel, other Users and third parties including law enforcement agencies.
We may communicate with you through the App using the information provided by you to bring you notifications regarding the Services availed by you in the App.
Disclosures to third parties: In the course of providing the Services, we may share your personal information with our personnel, or persons engaged by us to the extent necessary to provide the Services.
