- Collaborate with the sales and business development team to understand client needs and provide technical support during the presales process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, technical documentation, and presentations.
- Troubleshoot client issues and provide timely solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in computer vision and related technologies.
- Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities.
