Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment within BLP Industry.AI.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales) to translate manufacturing industry challenges into actionable data strategies for the "Orion" platform.
- Leverage your expertise in manufacturing data analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to manufacturing processes (e.g., Overall Equipment Effectiveness, production yield).
- Develop data pipelines to collect and analyze complex manufacturing datasets from various sources (sensors, machines, production lines).
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques, machine learning models (predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, process optimization), and data visualization tools to extract valuable insights for manufacturing clients.
- Translate data-driven insights into clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders across the manufacturing value chain.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through robust data governance practices and data quality checks specific to manufacturing data.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new data analytics tools and technologies relevant to manufacturing (e.g., industrial data lakes, cloud-based analytics platforms).
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate data pipelines and analytical models into the "Orion" platform for seamless application in manufacturing settings.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in manufacturing analytics, industrial AI, and data security.
