PMO - Executive

Another Position: 3-4 Years
Educational Qualification : Postgraduate with Engineering Background, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities :
- Partner with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and implement PMO processes and methodologies to optimize project execution.
- Manage project risks and issues, and escalate concerns proactively.
- Track project progress and performance metrics, and generate reports for senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance PMO efficiency.
- Provide support and guidance to project managers and team members on PMO best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage PMO resources effectively, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in project management.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a PMO or related project management role within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
